INSTRUCTIONS

• Please read the instructions, procedure and Information Bulletin carefully before you start filling the Application Form.
  
  
• All fields are mandatory and essential to be filled in by the applicant. If the information for a field is not currently available, please type N.A.
  
  
• Applicant will get only one chance to submit the form and there will be no update or alteration facilitity for the submitted form. So applicant are strictly instructed to provide all the details correctly.
  
  
• During registration, applicants are requested to keep their Certificate of Competency and all academic documents with them.
  
  
• The Applicant is required to upload scanned copy[ image file only i.e.JPG/JPEG/PNG/BMP file] of recent color passport size Photograph, Signature and Certificate of Competency.
  
  
• For Certificate of Competency, please upload the "Form 3" page only or the page that contents the Certificate of Competency Number. Click to view template.
  
  
• Membership Fee must be paid through this portal as follows:
  
  1. Associate : र 5,000/- [SECOND MATE FG, FIRST MATE FG, NAUTICAL SCIENCE DEGREE, DREDGE MASTER, MASTER NCV] + convenience fee
  2. Member : र 15,000/- [MASTER FG] + convenience fee
  
  
  Without payment of Membership Fee, the application shall be rejected.
  
  
• Application fee once paid will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances.
  
  

N.B: The Applicant applying for the membership should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions for membership. Their application at all the stages will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.
The CMMI takes up verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents at subsequent stages of membership process.
